We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our team with 10+ years of experience in Digital Creative Production of which, at least 5+ years of leadership experience in Digital Creative Production. As the driving force behind our creative vision, you will be responsible for shaping the studio's identity, spearheading innovative projects, and ensuring the highest quality of creative output. The candidate should have an advertising background (education or work experience) and proficient with tools within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Responsibilities: Develop and implement the Studio's overall creative vision and strategy. Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals across different disciplines (e.g., art directors, writers, designers, video editors) across Multiple Clients and Geographies. Conceptualize and develop original ideas for projects across various formats (e.g., Social media, branding, advertisements, digital content). Collaborate closely with internal team, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure creative and strategic alignment. Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively and oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables ·       Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print Identify and stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in the production landscape. Maintain consistent quality standards and ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations. Contribute to the growth and development of the studio's creative talent through mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment. Support business development efforts by pitching creative concepts to potential clients. Travel internationally as needed to oversee projects and collaborate with teams across different locations. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within the production industry. Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality, award-winning creative content. Strong understanding of different production formats and genres. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. Summary The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to various functional areas, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. He/she should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems.   The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. He/she must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.
