Product Software Engineer (Back-end Developer/Front-end Developer/Full Stack Developer)

As a Product Software Engineer, you are a critical member of our Control of Work Software Development Team. You will work as a member of an agile team with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Architects, QA Specialists, other stakeholders to implement new features, remove technical debt, maintain/improve quality, operate the company’s Software Development Lifecycle, and propose and implement best practices.Your responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for iterating on the Control of Work product, delivering features and fixing bugs. You align with Technical Leads, Architects, and product experts to deliver high-quality code contributions. You report on challenges, issues, and outcomes and advise on solutions to improve the code quality attributes of software products.Collaborate with tech leads, product owners, and team members to implement features, and troubleshoot/fix defects.Ensure that User Stories meet the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done at the appropriate stages of the Software Development LifecycleFollow and advocate for industry-standard agile software development best-practices to deliver software of high quality, on time.Review pull requests and give recommendations to improve code quality and best practices.What do you bring to Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon? 2+ years of experience as a software developer: Front-end, Full-stack, or Back-end development.Tech stack: C#, .NET, GitHub, .NET Core (back-end and full stack), Any front-end technologies (React JS preferred).Hands-on experience and knowledge of the standard tools for continuous integration. Have experience in building applications that run on Cloud.Experience driving product technical initiatives, including defining and owning product components/modules.Agile/Scrum experience.The ability to work independently while focusing on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort. A can-do personality with a constructive mindset and a team player.Bachelor of Computer Science, with multiple development specialties or experience; or solid professional track record in software development.
