Digital Associate

Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a Digital Associate to join our Digital team. The Digital Associate operates efficiently within a group, executes assigned tasks independently, and can handle multiple projects/clients at a time.

This individual will have to sit at client’s office and will be responsible for coordination between client and agency team. S/he must have strong content analytics skills and problem-solving skills. S/he must have a solid grasp of all basic social media platforms and how they affect the client. S/he will also be responsible for monitoring online conversations about our clients' brands, identifying and addressing negative sentiment, and amplifying positive feedback. S/he must also possess decent knowledge of SEO/SEM. S/he must possess strong data analytics and reporting skills.

What will you do?

• Manage social communities for the client.
• Online reputation management co-ordination.
• Communicate to account teams and end clients on project developments, timelines and results.
• Keep pace with social media / digital industry trends and developments.
• Work on monthly/quarterly and annual reports.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience within the digital marketing industry with a strong understanding of social media and digital strategy

Additional Qualifications:

• Having had experience handling camera equipment during product/small event shoots in the office premises will be a plus.
• Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
• Have excellent organization and time management skills.
• Have a passion and experience for social media and stay ahead of the curve on industry developments.
• Have very strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools.
• Have community management experience.
