Project Manager (Manager / Assistant VP) Location: Bangalore Job Type: Permanent Full Time Shift: EMEA Job Overview: As Senior project manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing transitions of 100+ roles from various countries to India. We do not migrate processes, we migrate end to end roles, a game changer in the industry. The project revolves around building capabilities across people, process, and technology. The candidate will ensure a Go-Live with a collaborative, persuasive and can-do approach. Responsibilities: Planning and executing the Transitions Strategy: Develop and plan a comprehensive strategy, framework, process milestones, and governance to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. . Collaboration: Manage day to day business operations while balancing the responsibilities of various business line projects Controls and Governance: Play a significant role in short/ long-term planning, project status update, perform quality controls, define, and monitor project and jurisdictional KPIs, bring in efficiency of execution through systems, processes, and best practices. Stakeholder Management: An exceptional communicator who will work closely with various stakeholders across different countries & functional domains, such as Country MDs, Process leads, India Leadership team, Directors, and Regional Heads. Monitoring and reporting progress: Able to operate across businesses and functions to drive deliveries within internal and external deadlines with minimal supervision. Provide periodic project status update to all stake holders, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that the migration process complies with relevant regulations, policies, and standards. Communication and Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to interact with senior management as required and ask the right questions, clarity of though and understanding and translate conversations into actionable and track progress Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and issues related to the transition process and developing mitigation strategies. Documentation: Documenting all aspects of the transition process, including plans, decisions, and outcomes. Requirements: Domain specialism: Project Manager with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, AGILE certified, ideally from a BFSI/Compliance/Legal domain. Experience with migrating roles from EMEA and Americas region will be advantageous. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation. Experience: 12+ years of experience in project and change management. Experience in implementing process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and Agile. Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong written, verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to stakeholders and team members. Should be able to make presentations across various business streams for Senior Management forums Data Management and Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is crucial for identifying process improvements and mitigating risks. Problem Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions. Adaptability: Candidates should be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Independent Worker: Should be a self-starter and be able to work in a team as well as be an independent worker.
