Summary

We are seeking is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Salesforce MC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in implementation and support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.


Ownership & Responsibilities


Your responsibilities Include:


1. Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email marketing, push messages like SMS/Whatsapp, journey builder, automation workflows, and personalized content.

2. Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, including creating data extensions, implementing dynamic content, and managing subscriber lists.

3. Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes to manipulate and transform data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

4. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources, using APIs and custom integration methods.

5. Build AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and using data from data extensions.

6. Build and Validate HTML and CSS.

7. Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes, ensuring data integrity, campaign deliverability, and optimal system performance.

8. Conduct quality assurance testing to validate the accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.

9. Create Reports and Dashboards to measure KPIs of campaigns

10. Do Root Cause Analysis if KPIs are not achieved

11. Experience in Advertising Studio, Datorama, Einstein Analytics would be a plus.

12. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, enhancements, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.

13. Identify and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end users.


What You'll Need

Basic Education & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Certification like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer

3. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.

4. Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.

5. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization, including data extensions, contact builder, automation workflows, and content builder.

6. Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in developing complex queries and data manipulation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

7. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integration methods, including SOAP and REST.

8. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization and dynamic content creation.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing automation processes.

10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

11. Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is a bonus.

12. Experience with SF Advertising Studio, SF Customer Data Platform, SF Datorama/ Marketing Analytics, SF Einstein / Marketing AI, SF Account Engagement (Pardot) would be a plus.

13. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
