  • strategic initiative involves co-curating a suite of new products and solutions tailored for the GCCs, leveraging ServiceNow's
  • cutting-edge capabilities. The establishment of NOW Centres of Excellence (COEs) in GCCs is a key highlight, comprising
  • Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services dedicated to accelerating the setup of these COEs.
  • To accelerate the setup of NOW COEs in GCCs, ANSR will be providing advisory and consulting services to build a
  • comprehensive business and roadmap for establishing a successful SN COE at the GCC
  • ANSR is introducing staff augmentation services for GCCs in India, ensuring flexible capacity and rapid resource
  • deployment. This initiative aims to accelerate project delivery and meet dynamic demands efficiently.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will
  • be responsible for the configuration, administration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal
  • performance and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements,
  • implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow across the organization.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to support business processes
  • and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions that leverage
  • ServiceNow capabilities effectively.
  • Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and
  • third-party applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability,
  • security, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and
  • troubleshooting problems related to ServiceNow functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, and user guides, to
  • support training and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases, updates, and best practices, and evaluate new features for potential
  • implementation.
  • Participate in change management processes, including reviewing and testing updates, patches, and enhancements
  • to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to support
  • ServiceNow-related initiatives and projects.


Experience and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration tasks, such as user management, security configurations, and system
  • maintenance.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, for customizing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields
