Work you’ll do
As a part of our Risk Advisory team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:
Role Description –
- Experience in configuring and using SecOps (Security Operations) products around Vulnerability Response/ Security Incident Response/Threat Intelligence OR Experience in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using ServiceNow, including the configuration of workflows, tables and forms for controls, policies, Risk and audit modules.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, and Service Portal.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, including integration with other systems and data sources
- Expert in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Integrating ServiceNow with other security tools and platforms
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, including integration with other systems and data sources
- Hands on development experience with ServiceNow
- Work on OOTB plugin as well as built custom integrations.
- Hands on Flow designer/Orchestration
- Should provide consultation to team/stockholder what can be done or what cannot be done on ServiceNow --> best practices.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of ServiceNow exp
Good to Have:
- Good to have ServiceNow SecOps, DLP knowledge OR ServiceNow GRC/IRM Knowledge
- Good to have MID server application knowledge (python)
- Customizing ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide SecOps teams with the visibility and insights they need
- Create a ServiceNow dashboard to visualize the organization's security posture and identify potential threats
- Integrate ServiceNow with a vulnerability scanner to automatically import vulnerability data and
- remediation tasks
