Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for various HR tasks, including HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources support for the organization. Responsibility · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. · Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. · Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. · Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. · Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. · Administer employee benefits programs, including EPF, and other fringe benefits. · Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. · Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management issues. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. · Prepare reports and analysis on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity initiatives. · Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in HR management, HR operations, and HR policies Proven ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts Familiarity with various HR software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the food industry or startups is beneficial
