Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across various social media platforms to boost customer engagement and increase sales.
  • Monitor and respond to customer interactions on social media, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent brand messaging.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Analyze data from social media and sales to better understand customer behaviour and refine marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and embody Āroka's unique brand voice and ethos in every customer interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and their use in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster relationships.
  • A creative and analytical mindset that can blend data-driven decisions with intuitive marketing strategies.
  • A strong passion for fashion, particularly sustainable and ethically produced garments.
