This role primarily focused on expedite data operations work using newer approaches. . Responsibilities Managing the data in Salesforce, using SOQL such as Extract, Import, Update, Delete. Create efficient SQL queries with analytical functions for data analysis and data scrubs. Enrichment of existing Salesforce records based on analysis, remove duplicates etc. Prepare and update knowledgebase articles related to Data ops process & Salesforce products. Coordinating with Support teams for issues related to existing data within Salesforce. Required Background Mandatory experience of approx. 3+ years and provide day-to-day support on CRM applications (Primarily Salesforce) Good to have experience of 3+ Years working in SQL and analytical functions in data Management (Data Back-up, Extract, Import, Update, Delete etc.) Develop and execute data clean-up measures. Enrichment of existing records, remove duplicates. Campaign list uploads using Marketo. Resolve all internal data exceptions in timely and accurate manner. Ensure adherence to data quality standards. Good to have experience of MS Access, JIRA, MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) , SOQL, Salesforce data loader, Salesforce inspector, workbench. Relevant experience in preparing knowledgebase articles related to Data operations related process & Salesforce products. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
