Roles & Responsibilities-Advance CRM Project Manager Align & gather business requirements from Kia India stakeholders related to CRM digital platforms & related process improvements. Define roadmap, vision and strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand connect via digital channels as per evolving business requirements. Plan, align & deploy enhancements and cross platform integrations for existing CRM platforms in Co-ordination with business stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams and technical partners for managing day-to-day operational tasks. Monitor and track platform utilization and performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend data-driven improvements. Plan and lead initiatives as needed to meet, maintain and exceed defined business KPI’s. Ensure seamless operation of digital platforms and provide expeditious resolutions as required. Stay up to date on the latest CRM industry trends, platforms/technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications - B. Tech/BE/MBA Required Skillsets 5 ~ 8 years of experience in creating and managing Customer Relationship platforms as well as digital customer facing platforms Experience with programming principles, development frameworks, version control systems and UI/UX design principles preferred. Energetic, self-motivated, service attitude, good planner & strong implementer Good interpersonal skills in terms of dealer management, staff handling & customer grievance management Good presentation skills & proficiency in MS Office
