Chartered Accountant / MBA-Finance, with overall experience of 8-12 Years post qualification. Good Exposure in Finance planning and analysis on management of Operating expenses / consolidation of financials from country/region perspective. Prepare the MIS for the region to portray the monthly profitability, variance analysis vs budgets, assessment, YTY analysis. Ensure professional development of colleagues & team members. Recognize training needs and provide necessary training to the individuals. Initiatives for cost saving and operating expense management. Key role in budget management for the country/region includes proper review of contract profitability and department cost. Timely and accurate statutory reporting of compliances wherever required. Analytical mind set to analyze the numbers and report the gaps to the management. Support leadership in decision making skills on OPEX & cost management. Maintain tracker for business update & additional revenue / cost saving for India and south Asia region & send to appropriate management leaders. Detailed OPEX management by function and provide areas of opportunities to reduce cost and provide ideas to respective stakeholders. Must have experience of handling team members. Ad hoc reporting & analysis – should be go getter in closing things and ready to work beyond time areas at the time of need. Review of contracts profitability including globally delivered contracts and provide areas of improvement to improve profitability. Regular interaction with the DPE’s on the profitability of the contracts getting delivered out of India. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, contributing to overall cost efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking and analyzing expenses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Self-motivated: Exhibits a proactive attitude and takes the initiative to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Adaptable and flexible: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and working effectively in dynamic environments.
