Quality delivery manager plays the role of a consultant to India and NA Stakeholders in Quality/Operational excellence initiatives and supports the aligned BU in meeting their business targets

High Level responsibility area

• Identify and program manage division wide strategic/key initiatives and projects related to improvement and change management

• Drive a metrics based, continuous improvement culture within the organization

• Design and Drive the innovation strategy for Benefits / aligned business unit

• Design and facilitate Quality trainings - Six sigma Green Belt / lean trainings

• Provide advance statistical analytics on critical metrics to business stakeholders

• Support business in achieving their Year on year business and financial targets

Role Complexity

• Work can range from medium to high complex depending on the client situations and Project selections

Discretion

• 40-50% allowed in terms of taking decisions and having the flexibility of create own plan of execution

Interaction

• High Level of interactions required with Management and Leadership Level

Supervision/Leadership

•Role demands Coaching and Mentoring Senior BB's - 10% of the job

• Know your Client – Understand of the book of business in terms of clients, domain and projects - provide in

• Analyze data on key client operational metrics to understand opportunity for improvement

• Drive use of structured problem solving approach to identify root causes and support as per business requirements - Be flexible with work hours as required to work with global and off-shore resources

• Participate in trainings and business management routines in office/offsite/other office locations

• Demonstrate Change Management capability for self and teams

• Be flexible to changes & continuously evaluate to adapt to the culture of the organization

• Solicit feedback, understand own development needs in consultation with the manager and work to achieve development goals

• Conduct Talent Assessment and Performance Management for Direct and Indirect Reports

• Retention – Create channels for colleague retention and career opportunities

• Colleague Engagement : Adhere to defined Colleague Connect routines

• Partner with North America Ops & quality counterparts and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and team work on global projects

• Manage through multiple reporting channels and relationships globally

• Design and facilitate Quality trainings - Six sigma Green Belt / lean trainings

• Drive the strategy to leverage the Innovation Platform "Pragati" .

• Establish Key metrics and targets to measure performance on innovation

• Plan and execute steps to improve business, domain and client specific knowledge of team

• Identify and Promote sharing and implementation of best practices across organization

• Handle large/diverse teams and manage project outcomes across domains, clients and locations and time zones.

• Demonstrate Change Management capability for self and teams in driving project implementation and results

• Generate results through leveraging talent

• Provide advance data Analytics as per Business Unit / Process requirements

• Drive a culture of process controls for critical processes

• Design and develop metrics for critical processes

• Drive improvements in metrics

• Support business to create plan for meeting their year on year efficiency and productivity targets

• Proactively Identity opportunities for capacity creation

• Facilitate / lead capacity creating projects in alignment with the productivity goals of stakeholders

• Responsible for budget inputs and meeting budgeted financial goals

• Drive initiatives to optimize utilization and deliver on productivity targets

• Support transition of new processes, Map processes, create metrics, and consult the business on setup and design of Quality Assurance processes

• Provide advance data Analytics as per Business Unit / Process requirements

• Drive a culture of process controls for critical processes

• Manage Cross functional teams to drive productivity / automation initiatives

• Establish routines and drive governance around key metrics/project outcomes

• Use analytical and problem solving skillset to produce Quality work in line with business requirements

• Be respectful and trustworthy and trusting of others

• Understand Alight Code of Conduct and data privacy requirements.

• Complete all related trainings and holds self-accountable for behaviors that support Hewitt Policies and guidelines

• Participates in community service

• Review Lean/Six Sigma Projects before Project closure.
