Senior Recruiter

ROLE: As a Senior Recruiter at Decision Tree Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent in the fast paced and dynamic field of analytics. Working closely with hiring managers, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements. Coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with technical teams when necessary. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Proactively network and attend industry events to stay abreast of market trends and identify potential candidates. Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in end to end recruitment Proven experience as a recruiter in the analytics or technology industry. Familiarity with the skills and qualifications required for roles in data science, analytics, and related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Certification in Recruitment. • Knowledge of industry-specific recruiting trends. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What is in for YOU?
