Manager - Presales (Projectors) Product & Technology Orientation Understanding & Building on New product features and applications video and presales pitch (HW/SW) for Customer understanding & Usage. In depth understanding and knowledge of BenQ products & Solutions linked Technology - (Define FAB - Feature, Advantages & Benefits). Preparation of presentations about the products all their benefits for the usage of the sales department and our positioning in contrast to the competitors. On-site user support (HW/SW/Calibration), SI & Customer installation training knowledge and objection handling, Real-time technical support remotely to be extended. Customer Orientation Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of recommendation for product features which support. Aligning customer need with the solution on hand to best fit (Highlight for noncompliance as a practical it can be). Assisting clients in resolving issues concerning usage of products they purchased in case required. Trouble Shooting and Clarifications as needed. Direct access available with Key management team, aligning for coordinating with the customer service operation team. Ensure clients are attended appropriately in line with set customer Projectors usage expectations. Establish and retain contact with clients to easily obtain customer feedback concerning the quality of products and usage feedback. Sales Support Orientation Supporting demand generating activities like product demonstrations, trade shows, company events or customer workshops as and when conducted. Liaise with Key Account Managers & Respective BenQ sales team to discuss business updates from the account. Also Align for Inputs for solutions need for enhancing sales retention and BenQ Level focus for higher retention & Business performance. Develop and optimize sales support pitch with Video & Training Content. Documentation Need if any to be scaled. Updates on system as required. Professional Orientation Good communication and presentation skills with Excellent interpersonal skills Analytical abilities with Trouble Shooting drive (Problem Solving with Lateral Thinking) Customer and channel understanding & competitive bench marking Job Title/ Designation - Manager - Presales (Projectors) Product - Projectors Reporting - Director – Customer Service Experience - 8 + Years. Qualification - B.E./B.Tech. Base Location -Gurgaon
