Position Overview:

Do you have a passion for transforming ideas into captivating visuals for social media? Are you a creative powerhouse with the leadership skills to guide a team? If so, then we want you!

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Visualizer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in crafting engaging creatives for our social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex marketing concepts and brand messaging into visually compelling social media creatives (images, videos, animations, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms
• Create high-quality social media graphics using industry-standard design software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to understand campaign goals and target audience
• Independently manage and lead a team of junior designers/visualizers (optional, depending on company structure)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and design best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Visualizer or similar role
• Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging social media visuals
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (optional, depending on company structure)

Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members

Bonus Points:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
