Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle EBS Project Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead and manage global projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring your team, understanding client needs, and providing expertise in delivering ERP Projects. Key Responsibilities: Dynamic Project Leadership: Lead global Oracle EBS projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their project requirements and objectives. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of talented professionals, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to project success. Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively managing project risks and issues. Problem Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and provide direction to the team. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Oracle EBS and related areas. Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management or Oracle EBS are a plus. Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation and project management. Proven track record in managing complex global projects, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guiding and mentoring team members. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Desirable Any Project Management certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/Agile/Scrum). Engagement in Pre-Sales activities. Any experience working in multiple vendor environments.
