The Job You will be responsible for : Providing technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Responding to helpdesk tickets to support end-user system implementations, problem troubleshooting, repair/fix, and ongoing support process improvements. Configuring and operating device management (MDM) solutions like Hexnode, Jumpcloud, Kandji, JAMF, and Intune. Driving the administration, setup, and support of macOS and Windows-based systems. Discovering and collaborating with external vendors and service providers who provide Device Lifecycle Management services. Providing top-notch customer support by responding to customer queries about the product or a bug, report all internal key stakeholders, and managing customer communications. Managing, configuring, and troubleshooting primary SaaS tools like G Suite, Atlassian, Slack, Microsoft O365, etc. Managing onboarding, including account creation & laptop setup, and offboarding including access removal & laptop reclaim activities. Ensuring the documentation is up-to-date and add new documents when necessary. The Profile You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. You have at least 4 years of experience in IT Support, preferably in a startup environment or a Product-based company. You possess expertise in managing MacOS and Windows-based environments. You know how to configure systems manually and have solid hands-on experience managing and configuring MDM tools. You have experience in managing and configuring SaaS tools like G Suite, Microsoft O365, Slack, Atlassian, etc, is a plus. You are an excellent problem-solver with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. You can work independently and can prioritize tasks when faced with multiple priorities. This role requires you to work night shifts (9:00 pm to 6:00 am IST). The Employer Our client is an end-to-end workforce management system.
