Position: Business Development Executive

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience: 6 Months or Fresher

Salary: 1.80 LPA - 2.4 LPA + Incentive + Petrol

Location: Delhi & NCR


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying Opportunities: Actively pursue new business development opportunities by following up on leads and conducting thorough research on target clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads for the sales team through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Meet potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that address their requirements effectively.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition at each stage.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets set by the organization.


Requirements:

  • Field Work Readiness: Willingness to engage in fieldwork and actively pursue business opportunities outside the office premises.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite is required to handle documentation and correspondence effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary, along with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to engage with clients effectively.
  • Own Vehicle: Candidates must possess their own vehicle for transportation purposes.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to prospective clients.
