Your Roles and Responsibilities Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements Partner with Creative, Strategy and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives Think strategically about 360 creative solutions or full service digital solutions How We’d Expect You To Split Your Time Very thoughtfully. But here’s an indicative split as a guide: Client Relationship Management: 40% Team Management & Mentorship: 20% New Business Development: 40% What You’ll Need (must haves for the role) 3 to 5 years of copywriting experience with a Digital Marketing/ Advertising/ PR agency (ad agency background highly preferred) A strong copy portfolio, having worked on big brand campaigns Strong client liaison skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines What Would Be Nice to Have Master’s degree in Advertising/Marketing/Literature/ Communications or a related field Experience managing large account portfolios Ability to integrate social media into PR plans Freshly brewed coffee-making skills.
