Responsibilities:

1. According to the Business unit annual objectives, formulate the regional annual sales objectives, correct the deviation in time to ensure the realization of the market share and sales objectives of the region;

2. Develop new market business, provide market information, and put forward various requirements for units, services and financing;

3. Coordinate the business negotiation in the region and sign contracts/agreements;

4. According to the content and implementation of the sales contract/agreement, collect information, evaluate the customer's credit and its importance to the company, approve the customer's credit limit, and track the use of credit at any time to ensure that it is within the normal range; Regularly analyze the feedback information of accounts receivable to ensure the smooth recovery of payment for goods;

5. Formulate the annual cost budget of the region; Manage the regional market expenses in strict accordance with the expense budget indicators, and control the sales expenses to complete the sales tasks;

6. Accurately capture project information, analyze customer demand, estimate product market demand, collect and feed back the opinions of the owner, developer and EPC party to the corresponding technical and commercial departments, and timely submit constructive project solutions to customers;

7. Collect the market changes of products in the responsible regions and countries and the sales strategies and market strategies of key competitors, analyze the market information, prepare the market research report of the region, and propose the marketing strategies suitable for the region;

8. Maintain the existing market business and be responsible for customer maintenance in the target area;

9. Comprehensive analysis of customer files and transaction records; Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of sales information, and provide support for the formulation of sales, procurement, production and other decisions;

10. Cooperate with other departments of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Major/education background: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc;

2. Professional qualification/work experience: more than 5 years of international sales experience in industrial and energy machinery enterprises;

3. Proficient in the basic knowledge of wind power industry unit product parameters, performance, etc., and have a deep understanding of the industry;

4. Proficient in market analysis, customer analysis, marketing plan planning knowledge and practical skills;

5. Proficient in bidding laws and regulations, contract laws and regulations;

6. Good market judgment and development ability, strong organizational and management ability;

7. Good communication and expression skills, internal and external resource coordination;

8. Proficiency in English (good, optional), listening, speaking, reading and writing;

9. It is better to have a good understanding of India politics, economy and culture.
