Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. In this role, you will be responsible handling complex projects starting from designing to estimating and overseeing construction to ensure projects are completed based on design philosophy on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for conducting regular client meetings, consultants coordination, team coordination based on projects and site visits. Responsibilities To ensure design responses are of the highest standard and exceed the client expectations. To design and deliver projects that are imbued with a strong narrative and that enhance our reputation. Be the contact point for the project with excellent communication skills with an open communication culture. Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of production information and various drawing packages. Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design. Resolving issues that come up during construction. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets Qualifications Bachelor's/ Master's degree in architecture 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture We are looking for an enthusiastic Architect to work with our existing team to Be focused on design excellence, delivering inspiring solutions.
