Job Summary: As the Human Resources US Immigration Specialist at Concord, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of US immigration processes. Your role will involve collaborating with HR, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with US immigration laws and regulations, while also assisting foreign nationals with their immigration needs. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about immigration policies, procedures, and will be able to provide expert guidance on immigration matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a US Immigration Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of various non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex immigration concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in immigration case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Certification from a recognized immigration institution is a plus.

Location: India (Pune)

Mode- Hybrid

Employment Mode: Full time
