PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.Share and collaborate effectively with others.Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.Handle, manipulate and analyse data and information responsibly.Follow risk management and compliance procedures.Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism.Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.Build and maintain an internal and external network.Seek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firms.Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.esponsibilities:• At least 3-5 years serving as an Azure Virtual Desktop (or other Virtualization Tool) Engineer responsible for installing and configuring Microsoft WVD technologies including host pools WVD images and scaling• Must have 3-4 years of experience on 1 more Virtualization tools like VMWare Horizon, Citrix etc. • Manage Azure Active Directory for Azure WVD related systems • Manage and support Azure WVD Clusters HA systems • Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Azure WVD based production configuration • Must have experience in managing FXLogix profiles, golden image update procedures etc. • Have good knowledge of Azure WVD publishing applications web server load balancing Resource Manager License Management • Troubleshoot approved packages if needed • Manage and deploy updates via Azure update manager • Help in organization and management of the business applications that is installed on Azure WVD Improve and adjust Azure WVD • Understanding on VMware environment• Good Communication Skill & ready to take challengeso To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.o To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem managemento Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.o To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policieso To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Caseso To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.• Strong ITIL process knowledge.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel RequirementsNot SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
