Role Description:

  • Support in sales activities and client communication.
  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Develop effective communication skills to interact with potential clients.
  • Work under guidance to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Organisational and time management abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a keen interest in digital marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Outreach & Cold Calling: Assist in executing outreach strategies using emails and social media platforms to connect with prospective clients.
  • Assist in Relationship Building: Help senior team members in understanding client needs and service alignment.
  • Learn Sales Pipeline Management: Support the management of the sales pipeline and assist in tracking leads and conversions.
  • Develop Industry Knowledge: Gain knowledge of current trends and best practices in the digital marketing and influencer marketing industries.
  • Assist in Reporting: Help compile reports on sales performance and market trends.
