Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. This includes writing copy, designing visuals, and curating relevant content to engage our audience.
  • Community Management: Manage and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with our followers and advocates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote our products, services, and events. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives. This includes budget management, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
  • Social Listening: Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions related to our brand, industry, and competitors. Gather insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve brand perception.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and progress towards goals.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
