Job Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee databases and personnel files, processing payroll, managing attendance through biometric systems, and handling recruitment and onboarding. The role also involves supporting office administration and labor management. Key Responsibilities Liaise with existing employees and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, performance, talent management, recognition, health and safety. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage the employee database, payroll, attendance, and the issuance of various HR-related letters. Handle end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with departmental heads to identify skills for current and future staffing needs, and conduct background checks and employment verifications. Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex issues to the Head of Human Resources when necessary. Maintain employee records and track changes, such as new hires, promotions, terminations, and time-off requests, while preparing reports on personnel activities. Process and verify bills and invoices, and provide backup support for payroll processing, including updates to employee files and tracking of reimbursements, and benefit changes. Administer new employee onboarding, orientation, and facilitate employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and training and development programs. Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources , Industrial Relations , Labor Law , or a related field. Master's Degree in HR (MBA in HR or Master of Social Work in Human Resources) is preferred. Experience Strong understanding of factory laws , such as the Factories Act, 1948 , and labor regulations specific to manufacturing environments. Familiarity with compliance and legal frameworks related to health, safety, welfare, and employment laws. Proven experience in handling HR functions and compliance programs. Experience with HRIS systems and data management. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
