Job Description: As the Franchise Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our salon chain by recruiting new franchisees, nurturing relationships with existing ones, and facilitating their business development. Your responsibilities will include: - Franchise Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential franchise partners who align with the company's values and vision. This involves networking, conducting outreach activities, and evaluating franchise applications. - Onboarding: Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the company's policies, procedures, and brand standards. Provide training and support as needed to set them up for success. - Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, positive relationships with existing franchisees to foster loyalty and collaboration. Serve as the main point of contact for franchise-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Business Growth: Collaborate with franchisees to develop strategic business plans aimed at increasing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance on marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and service enhancements. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of franchise locations and provide regular feedback and coaching to optimize their operations. Track key metrics such as sales, expenses, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Conflict Resolution: Address any disputes or conflicts between the company and franchise partners in a timely and professional manner. Act as a mediator to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. - Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to attract and retain franchise partners. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential and existing franchisees.
