The Role :

Milaap is seeking highly motivated individuals with 1-3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare sales looking to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Associate is responsible for expanding the hospital partnership network in the designated city, sourcing medical fundraisers, and creating campaigns/ fundraisers for the people who are in need and of assistance. He/she will be the first POC for the hospital partners like Doctors, Coordinators as well as customers in raising the funds, clarifying the doubts, and providing prompt assistance.


Job responsibilities

  • Meet Doctors, Coordinators, Management, and Medical social workers at Major hospitals in the designated cities.
  • Source set up and service medical crowdfunding campaigns from the hospital partners.
  • Explain the product and process of crowdfunding to the prospects and help them to raise funds on the platform.
  • Meet the designated sales target for funds raised as well as campaigns/cases sourced on a monthly basis.

  • Required Skills, Experience & Basic Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of experience in field sales preferably in the healthcare space
    • Graduate with good communication skills and regional language is a must
    • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Language: Hindi and English Mandatory In local language depending on the state
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and tech-savvy.
    • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • Strong listening and sales skills.
