You can learn more about us by visiting https://en.faponbiotech.com Job Description Key Responsibilities Responsible for the company's diagnostic business development in the Indian market, including market research, identification of potential clients, development of business opportunities, and formulation and execution of incubation strategies. Establish industry resources and networks, maintain good relationships with key partners, investors etc. Develop expansion strategies for key customers, negotiate business models , design business contract proposals, and ensure effective implementation. Deeply understand the latest trends and regulatory changes in the local IVD (in vitro diagnostics) industry and provide strategic advice to the company. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Biology, Marketing, or related fields. At least 3 years of business development experience in the Indian market in the field of IVD or related medical industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with good project management abilities and a spirit of teamwork. Fluent in English/Hindi communication, with knowledge of Chinese being a plus. Ability to adapt to travel and work across different time zones.
