Order Management – Back Office Employee- Freshers

Location-Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Note- Onsite- Rotational shift.

The international retailer brand vidaXL is opening a new office site in Hyderabad, India. The Hyderabad office will work in close relation with vidaXL headquarters in Netherlands and our office in China to perform e-commerce activities, marketing, copywriting, design, back-office and customer service.

Summary of job role and place in organization

The Order Management Back Office Employee reports to the Order Management Backoffice Team Lead

Purpose of the job

The Order Management Backoffice Employee is responsible for handling and processing customer orders. They play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are entered correctly, customers are kept informed, orders are managed, payments are processed, and items are marked as shipped on time.

Responsibilities/core tasks

· Enter customer orders into the system, verifying customer information, shipping addresses, and product availability

· Manage orders which need additional validation, corrections to ensure the orders are released for logistics in time

· Coordinate with other departments, such as shipping and receiving, to ensure that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time

· Monitor and report on order status related reports

· Follow established procedures and protocols for order processing and data entry

· Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on areas of improvement

· Continuously strive to improve processes, increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
