Position: Finance Controller

Location: Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300


Responsibilities:

  • Implement, Own and Lead end to end Accounting operations, Banking relations, Receivables and Payables management, Payroll, Financial accounting, Corporate Tax, Statutory compliance, Audits & control process for the Central Kitchen.
  • Collaborate with management team in the annual budgeting and planning process. Drive a regular review of all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate
  • Work with Business in delivering business Analytics, Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Reporting which helps the organization to deliver/exceed business performance
  • Manage and monitor organizational cash flow and continuously assess the financial efficacy of operations. Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets and actual expenditures to bring financial discipline.
  • Play a key role in ERP implementation
  • Support investments /ad-hoc projects from Finance perspective in a multi-disciplinary team



Requirements:


  • CA/CPA with 10+ years of experience including Controllership stint with MNC. Experience in food industry is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of IFRS and India AS and local tax regulations is a must, with familiarity on Singapore FRS an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of standard costing
  • Work experience in early-stage startups or founding experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership to create a cohesive working environment and drive high performance.
  • High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
  • Strong numerical ability coupled with sound reasoning and logical deduction skills
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing global reporting systems and ERP (working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage).
