Developing digital/web-based data analytics products for our clients’ groups. Also, generate efficiency & productivity by automating the internal processes for the business.
- Strong skills in concept building and ability to build data orientated products and knowledge of taking IT products to market.
- Self-service analytics products, automation and analyze disparate data sets together for patterns and insights.
- Exploratory data analytics, Predictive models that forecast behaviors and cost and Data story telling by using the best-in-class BI tools.
- Analytics orientated consulting/advisory services to help on the path of data analytics.
- Experience in healthcare market.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Previous experience in healthcare markets and analytics team building
- Proficient in creating insightful dashboards using best-in-class analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience in automating processes.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Data Science
- Skilled in analysing large complex datasets using IT skills and advanced modelling techniques.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau, and Power BI (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in analytics and automation using R/Python, including modules like Selenium and BeautifulSoup.
- Proficient in extracting data from multiple sources (web, PDF, Excel, databases)
- Web scraping using Python to fetch and cleanse data from online sources.
- Contributes to developing frameworks for automating data flow from multiple sources.
- Assists in building risk modelling projects, including end-to-end data capture and management.
- Harmonizes datasets using AI/ML and extracts information from scanned PDF documents or internal data platforms.
- Contributes to designing and testing data visualization reports, dashboards, KPIs, and insights using data visualization tools.
- Collaborates with the team to put models into production after initial prototype and testing.
What makes you stand out?
- Degree or Certification in BI tools (Qlik Sense & Tableau), Data Science or Analytics ( would be preferred )
- Experience or Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance market.
