Key Responsibilities –


Functional Responsibilities for Ecommerce Exclusive Mobiles:

▪ Prepare holistic marketing plan for ecommerce exclusive products.

▪ Identify potential target segments and define in terms of audience available on platform.

▪ Define product positioning, key selling points and communication strategy basis the market competitiveness and data insight.

▪ Chart out effective out of the box Digital, Media, PR and Creative plans in sync with platform external marketing team and Central marketing teams (Planning, digital, Media, PR).

▪ Bring ideas and innovations to create clutter breaking campaigns.

▪ Develop and design all ecommerce marketing artwork and messaging work in co-ordination with central marketing teams, Head Office, and ecommerce platform.

▪ Source and share marketing insights and trends that will improve the quality of work.

▪ Ensure brand, messaging, style, and tone consistency is always maintained across the ecommerce platforms.

▪ Execute and monitor campaign performance and suggestion on improvements.

▪ Prepare campaign ad hoc reports and post campaign evaluation analysis.


Functional Responsibilities for Non-Exclusive Mobiles:

▪ Represent and lead ecommerce external marketing in the project.

▪ Closely work with Central Marketing Planning, Digital, Media, PR and Creative team to bridge their strategy with ecommerce platform external marketing strategy.

▪ Ensure delivering innovative integrations and ideas from platform marketing.

▪ Proactively plan and share ecommerce content requirements to central marketing teams.

▪ Prepare campaign ad hoc reports and post campaign evaluation analysis.


Functional Responsibilities for Creative Work:

▪ Estimate creative and content requirements for the project.

▪ Briefing to in house design team or external agencies to get the quality work done.

▪ Ensure brand guideline adherence and approval on content from central marketing teams.

▪ Deliver creative to ecommerce platform with strict adherence to given timeline.

▪ Type of content: static banners, social post, dynamic creative, video making & edits, landing pages for Amazon/Flipkart.


Requirements -

▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in Integrated marketing planning having ecommerce marketing knowledge.

▪ Must have proven record for product launch go to market strategies and establishing brands

▪ Creative thinking and passionate for creating content.

▪ Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in working with a multi-stakeholder cross functional team environment.

▪ Well-organised, able to meet multiple project timeline and demonstrate attention to details.

▪ Able to work independently, solve problems, take initiative, “self-starter” and use good judgment.

▪ Good command over English and presentation skills to lead/influence discussions.
