Cvent’s Global Demand Center (GDC) team is seeking a modern marketer to join the team as a ATL.

As the Marketing Operations ATL, you will play a critical role in driving projects that contribute to marketing transformation by translating long-term concepts and vision into practical and functional initiatives. Collaborating with Marketing leadership, you will create systems and procedures that align marketing strategies and activities with organizational needs while communicating timely progress towards goals.

You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the execution processes for end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiencies. Your responsibilities will include owning and administering the project management tool used by the marketing team, such as Wrike or Trello, and configuring and customizing the tool to meet the specific needs and workflows of the marketing team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative teams, will be essential to understand their requirements and optimize the tool's capabilities to support efficient campaign execution and day-to-day work.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Develop and optimize the execution processes for end-to-end marketing campaigns, focusing on scalability and operational efficiencies.
  • Own and administer the project management tool used by the marketing team for marketing campaigns – Wrike/Trello
  • Configure and customize the tool to meet the specific needs and workflows of the marketing team.
  • with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative teams, to understand their requirements and optimize the tool's capabilities to support efficient campaign execution, day to day work of these teams or bigger roadmap initiatives.
  • scalable capabilities and workflows that enhance marketing effectiveness, execution, and overall operational efficiency.
  • and implement process improvements to streamline campaign execution, reduce bottlenecks, and increase productivity.
  • up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices of the project management tool, and recommend enhancements or improvements to drive continuous improvement.
  • with stakeholders to identify opportunities for integration with other marketing tools or systems to streamline workflows.
  • up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations and project management.
  • a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and project management best practices within the marketing team.
  • thought leadership and support to marketing team members on how to effectively use the project management tool.


What You Need for this Position:


  • degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • years of experience in marketing operations
  • understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign management and process optimization.
  • experience in developing new capabilities or enhancing existing capabilities to improve marketing effectiveness and execution.
  • with project management tools such as Wrike and Trello.
  • project management skills and experience utilizing project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Trello, Asana).
  • analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights, advance excel is a must
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally.
  • with marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., marketing automation, CRM) is a plus.
  • Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • technical skills to configure, customize, and troubleshoot the project management tool.
