Role- Marketing Executive

Experience- 2 years to 3 years


We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of marketing activities, including outbound calling, lead generation, CRM maintenance, collaboration with the sales team, email marketing, social media marketing, coordination with creative agencies, and IVR callings.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  • Implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support their initiatives.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing content, and analyzing results.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followership.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop marketing materials such as advertisements, banners, posts and blogs.
  • Conduct IVR callings to engage with customers and gather feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
  • Understanding of Google ads, analytics and SEO.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and future initiatives for management review.

Qualifications:


  • MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
  • At Least 2 experience in a marketing
  • g role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
