Solar Specialist

Job Profile: We are seeking a dedicated Solar Technical Trainer with 2-4 years of relevant experience and overall, 5-7 years of working experience, having an electrical engineering background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive solar technical training programs to meet the needs of the organization. The trainer will be responsible to create detailed training schedules, develop course content, and prepare training materials such as presentations and worksheets. This role involves conducting training sessions, webinars, and workshops both individually and in groups, as well as arranging and conducting on-site training when necessary. Additionally, the trainer will be responsible for maintaining and reporting data on completed courses, absences, and any issues that arise. Key Job Responsibilities: Training Program Development : Devise and develop solar technical training programs according to organizational requirements. Scheduling: Produce and manage training schedules to ensure timely and effective delivery of training sessions. Course Content Development: Determine the content of solar training courses according to set objectives and requirements. Material Preparation: Prepare comprehensive training materials, including presentations, worksheets, and other resources. Training Execution: Conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops, and on-site training as needed, both individually and in groups. Data Management: Keep detailed records and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, and other relevant metrics. Qualifications and Key Skills Required: Total Experience of 5-7 years out of which 2- 4 years of experience as a technical trainer in solar industry is must. B-Tech Electrical Engineering. Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies. and Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. About EASTMAN AUTO & POWER Ltd.
