OverviewThe Commerce Financial Services (CFS) team is looking for a Principal Group Engineering Manager. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.ResponsibilitiesAs the Principal Engineering Manager of the team, you will build modern, intelligent services and solutions, through technological innovation and building partnerships across the company. You will get to lead a team of engineers and partners with leaders across Commerce and Ecosystems, Azure and the rest of the company. This position will be directly responsible for driving critical core business services for the company and leading the intelligence wave underway in industry like AI, Co-Pilots for our organization. You will have an opportunity to have a lot of executive visibility and have a deep technical impact dealing with services on a scale that very few teams in the company have.We are currently seeking a Principal Level Software Engineering Manager with seasoned engineering development experience and leadership abilities who are passionate about digital transformation and building world class engineering solutions. As part of our team, you will design, implement, deliver and operate SAP surround solutions on Azure for Microsoft’s enterprise business processes and build CoPilots and Insights. This position requires strong collaboration and teamwork across teams and organizational boundaries and ensuring that the solutions delivered are in alignment with the roadmap for current and future business scenarios.Your ability to be the customer advocate and to focus on transforming end-to-end experience will be critical to your and the team’s success.
