**Job Title: SAP Consultant**

**Summary:**

The SAP Consultant will play a pivotal role in the implementation of SAP Phase-I & II project at our client. The consultant will be responsible for the successful deployment of "RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition" across various modules including Finance, Procurement and Contract, Asset Management and Maintenance, and Project Systems. The role demands expertise in ERP system implementation, module configuration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the infrastructure partner (Azure) to deliver a standardized and integrated ERP system aimed at enhancing process efficiencies, financial audit points, and operational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **System Implementation:** Lead the implementation of "RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition" in alignment with project scope and objectives.

2. **Module Configuration:** Configure and customize SAP modules including Finance, Procurement and Contract, Asset Management and Maintenance, and Project Systems to meet business requirements.

3. **Business Process Integration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

4. **Master Data Management:** Establish and maintain centralized master data management including customer, vendor, and price master for improved control and consolidated information.

5. **Financial Management:** Oversee finance-related activities such as financial accounting, entity close, financial reporting/MIS, budget management and controlling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, cash management, and invoice processing.

6. **Procurement and Contract Management:** Manage operational procurement, sourcing, contract management, supplier management, invoice management, and inventory management processes.

7. **Asset Management:** Handle asset procurement, work breakdown structure, capitalization, depreciation, fixed asset register, and inventory management for efficient asset utilization and tracking.

8. **Project Management:** Lead project management activities including project structure setup, budgeting, procurement, capitalization, and project reporting.

9. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and infrastructure partner (Azure) to ensure project milestones are achieved within the defined timeline and budget.

10. **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

**Qualifications:**

- Chartered Accountant

- SAP certification in relevant modules (Finance, Procurement, etc.)

- Minimum of 15 years of experience; with 10 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP system implementation and configuration.

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud

- Proficiency in SAP module configuration and customization

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Experience in construction/ aviation/ power/ infrastructure industry or similar regulated industries is a plus.
