What you will be doing at Evalueserve:


  • Lead and manage client engagements in Financial Services
  • Ensure all engagement SLA’s / KPIs for the relevant engagements are met and exceeded
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvement initiatives within engagements using technology. Contribute to business development efforts with existing and new clients by identifying areas for growth
  • Manage end to end Project Management


What we are looking at:


  • 12+ years of experience in independently managing offshore client engagements
  • Experience in managing large client teams, setting up new teams, transitions.
  • Good understanding of all the work products executed within investment banking domain. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
