Our Client is a Life Insurance company with a pan India presence through multiple distribution channels which have been customized to address the specific insurance needs of diverse customer segments. Below are the primary responsibilities of the role.

Role: Zonal Lead HR - Sales

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end employee life cycle for all the Sales Channels in the West Zone.
  • Responsible for developing and executing a cost-effective Recruitment and manning strategy for all Sales channels and ensuring 95% manning capacity at all times
  • Responsible for employee Retention and Attrition Management. To conduct a RCSA and suggest appropriate mitigates.
  • To ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
  • Develop open and transparent communication channels in the zone and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level
  • To travel periodically to all branches of West and ensure we work towards enabling Sales
  • To develop an effective MIS system and track documentation process in order to have a seamless process during the entire life cycle of an employee.
  • To manage employee grievances in an effective and timely manner.
  • To ensure error free record management
  • To conduct Talent strength analysis across roles
  • To map competition and have a database for all key roles
  • Identify training needs from PMS for the region and zone and recommend the management different training program required.
  • Ensure all engagement initiatives are well executed in partnership with HO team and engagement score of zones are well within the organizational score.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA with a minimum of 12 years’ experience of having managed multi location HR business partnering responsibility in a distribution led organization.
  • Experience in Health Insurance and Life Insurance would be a plus.
