Role : Head of Content Delivery


About the role:

We are seeking an experienced - Content Delivery Head with a track record of 15-20+ years, who would be responsible for leading large-scale digital content teams of more than 1000+ members, comprising of Project Managers, Directors, Graphic Designers, Content Developers etc. and managing content operations and content delivery for a global clientele in the ed-tech space. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality B2B content to esteemed global customers.

This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a commitment to staying updated on the latest industry developments & emerging technologies.


Requirements:

15-20+ years of experience, with a strong background in managing the global delivery of large scale B2B digital content projects for a diverse clientele.

Proven experience in managing global content teams of more than 500+ members, and establishing practices for B2B content operations.

Proven experience in interacting with stakeholders from multiple geographies.

Demonstrated ability to deliver content projects on time and within budget (P&L), including effective management of scope changes.

Strong skills in building and nurturing customer relationships, with a focus on addressing customer concerns and contributing to business growth.
