Functional Expertise
-Develop and maintain robust test suites and test cases for functional, regression, performance, API Automation, and security testing.
-Drive the development and maintenance of automated test frameworks and test scripts to streamline testing processes, improve test coverage, and accelerate release cycles.
-Collaborate with release management and deployment teams to ensure smooth and successful releases with minimal impact on production environments.
Interaction
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. Ensure thorough test coverage across all functional areas and use cases.
-Coordinate and participate in release activities, including release planning, regression testing, and production deployment.
Problem Solving
-Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualification & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
-5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.
-Proven expertise in API automation using Java language using any HTTP client libraries (e.g., Rest Assured, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.)
Skills & know-how
-Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.
-Experience with performance testing using JMeter
-Have working knowledge of SQL or similar database
-Having working knowledge of NO MySQL is plus
-Have used any Bug Reporting tool like Jira, Mantis
-Able to mentor Juniors
