Senior Graphic Designer


Clensta is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual aspects of our packaging, as well as other graphic content, to ensure they align with our brand identity and communicate effectively with our target audience. Your advanced skills in graphic design, coupled with a strategic understanding of branding and marketing, will enable you to create compelling designs that drive engagement and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Brand Visual Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive visual strategy for our brand, ensuring consistency across all graphic elements and packaging designs.
  • Advanced Design Skills: Utilize expert knowledge in design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory, to create high-impact graphic content.
  • Packaging Design Leadership: Lead packaging design projects from concept through completion, ensuring designs are innovative, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to integrate graphic design elements seamlessly into product and brand strategies.
  • Print and Production Oversight: Oversee the print production process, ensuring that all designs are optimized for print quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and packaging, applying insights to drive brand relevance and consumer engagement.
  • Digital Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and other relevant design tools, ensuring the highest quality of design assets.


Required Skills:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record in packaging design and brand development.
  • Experience in the personal care industry or a similar D2C sector is highly desirable.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design projects, with a focus on packaging and brand identity.
  • Experience leading design projects and guiding junior designers, demonstrating both creative and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
