Roles & Responsibilities

•Responsible to achieve monthly sales objectives in line with regional plan (volume & market share)

•Expand customer base by identifying new customer segment & opportunities

•Ensure effective forecasting basis on annual, quarterly and monthly targets

•Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

•Regular performance analysis of dealerships and propose corrective action

•Communicate dealerships on company policies and initiatives, implement and adherence of the same

•Liaison with financers to ensure timely availability of funds to dealers and retail finance options to customers

•Meeting customers to take feedback, understand expectations, resolve complaints if any

•Review dealer business performance, recommend improvement actions to dealer team

•Timely market feedback to HO on competition activities, government regulations and related business aspect

Required Skillsets

• Experience in Sales function in 4-Wheeler passenger car company

•High result orientation with ability to create win–win situation

•Understanding of business finance

•Good analytical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

•Proficient in DMS/ Excel/ Power Point

•Good written and oral communication
