  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals as well as social media platforms.
  • Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
  • Create and maintain databases for candidates along with corresponding resume database.
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Facilitate contacts and network by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
