Job Title: International Travel Consultant:
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Travel Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of outbound travel operations, including product development, vendor management, contracting, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel,
and a proven track record of managing successful outbound travel operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and profitability of outbound travel operations
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers
- Manage B2C in bound leads.
-Manage Group Queries travelling abroad
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards
- Ensure compliance like TCS and GST.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics to senior management
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound travel operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality,travel or in management.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in outbound travel operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including regulations and industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
