We are looking for a skilled Technical IT Business Analyst with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong passion for innovation and engineering. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a knack for creative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of software development (using Agile), including requirement gathering, UI/UX research, development, testing, project management and will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in business communication and technical writing.


Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs effectively.

- Use analytical skills to identify enhancement opportunities.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and show enthusiasm for overcoming challenges.

- Utilize software development expertise to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Maintain a strong understanding of software UI/UX for a seamless user experience.

- Show proficiency in business communication, email writing, and technical documentation like MOM, BRD and SRS.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Candidates with experience up to 1 year in business analysis, especially in software development projects, are preferred. However, individuals with the necessary skills and a fresh perspective can also apply.


Must-Have Skills:

-Excellent communication (both English)

-Team collaboration

-Documentation like MOM, BRD & SRS

-Understanding of SDLC

-Understanding of Agile Methodology, user story, scrum ceremonies

-Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel


Good-to-Have Skills:

-Basic SQL queries

-Wire framing

-Flow diagrams
