What skills are we looking for?

• Experience in M365 applications
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate
• Experience on Integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Experience on using various connectors in Power Platform.
• Knowledge on using MS Graph API’s and Microsoft Dataverse
• Knowledge on M365 Apps including SharePoint Online and Teams platform
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in order to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with team members.
• Ability to maintain productivity and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities.
• A good understanding of UI/UX concepts.
• The following certifications are a Plus: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)

Job Description:

This is a Power platform technical consultant role. Customers vary from finance professionals to reservoir engineers, from geologists to health and safety specialists. The role is positioned within information technology with a heavy emphasis on DIY and consultancy. The successful candidate will be well experienced in architecting, designing and developing applications in Power platform. The candidate works very closely with other natural teams to provide technical consultancy and advisory, perform feasibility assessments, opportunity framing and advocates best practices and standards for power platform.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ IT experience with designing and developing solutions.
• Very good understanding on Power platform
• PowerApps Canvas Application
• Model driven application with Common Data Service/Dataverse (MS Structured Database) for specific environments
• PowerApps Custom Connector
• Understanding of how to utilize standard connectors
• Understanding of how to use premium connectors
• MS Flows
• PAD/Desktop flows – Attended/Unattended
• AI Builder
• Power Virtual Agents
• Power pages
• Understanding of PowerApps and Flow native Data Loss Prevention Policies
• Good understanding of SQL Databases, stored procedures and data views
• Understanding of PowerBI and ability to integrate with the underlying data area
• Support service enablement of new power platform capabilities into Shell
• Perform feature fitment assessment
• Perform POCs to validate capability fitment with demand in Shell
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management

• Liaising with the Test team where necessary to ensure commencement of impact activities
