Role: MSBI Technical Support Engineer – SSIS Experience: 3+ Years Location: Hyderabad Payroll: LTIMindtree Job Description: Candidate should have over all 3 to 4 years in Infra experience in that strong experience in SQL BI with 1 2 years of experience on SSIS SSRS SSAS Windows and SQL Server Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end customers Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues in an often-ambiguous environment Experience in support projects and handling customers and feedback survey Performing root cause analysis of customer reported issues Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Strong ability to analyze interpret and communicate technical errors and solutions This track will be in 24X7 shift model Therefore candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends SKILLS: As a Support Engineer you will be involved in Strong communications skills Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Effective polished interaction with customer to gather information Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross team collaboration Logical and Critical thinking Passion for technology and customer support Understanding of cloud vs on premise computing Customer support: Strong customer engagement skills to understand customer needs for Analytics solutions fully. Experience in leading small and large teams in delivering analytics solutions for customers. Have demonstrated ability to define, develop and implement data models and supporting policies, standards, and guidelines. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
